9/21/2009 Colorado Fall Color

This year June and I did a fall color trip.  We went over Cottonwood Pass into Taylor Park to Crested Butte.  Then over Kebler Pass and McClure Pass to Marble and Redstone.  Then through Carbondale to Aspen.  Then Independence Pass to Buena Vista and back to Denver.  The biggest problem we ran into was that after labor day weekend in Colorado many National Forest campgrounds are closed.

7/14/2007 Rabbit Ears Pass

Jen had a soccer tournament in Steamboat so, she and June went up early and were staying in town.  Jamie and I headed up later with the camper and found a spot at Dumont Lake Campground on Rabbit Ears Pass.
